Sara Fanelli

The work of Sara Fanelli attracts me as her work looks delicate and quite femine, her use of collage and paper has brought a textbook/scrapbook look to her illustrations. The work she produces is also quite busy with different going-ons in different layouts and compositions of the page. She makes the most of the space given. The different patterned paper and childlike drawings give her a unique style which I like.

Graphic Design Evaluation

Throughout this week of learning Graphic Design I have realised Graphic Design doesn't intend on the things I thought it had before, I did think it was a way of looking at how to change or process an object, mostly furniture, and my knowledge of the area was poor beause I was very wrong. What I have realised is Graphic Design plays an important role in everyday life with most things we see involving the subject. From computers, packaging, magazines, newspapers and logos. I have found that how good the logo is it can persuade us to buy that object and up the market sales for that item, so in any business Graphic Design would be involoved.

Bogdan Ceausescu

I found this artist on Google and found his way of working with words a clever way. He uses them for posters for music festivals and leaflets. The bold colour and text shows the statement he is making, also it is readable as he is trying to catch peoples eye to go to the event.

Noma Bar

Noma Bar uses block colours and simple shapes to make a silhouette or outline of the object she is perceiving. Looking at the negative and positive space, using the colours wisely keeping it to a very short colour palette makes the outcome look like illustrations.
